Mercury Network Self-Serve Tools

The Mercury Network team is pleased to announce new self-serve tools to help you perform AMC Allocation and Advanced Fee modifications in bulk, and in real-time.

As many of your appraiser panels are made up of large and diverse vendor pools, we want to help you streamline the maintenance of your business needs. The AMC Allocation tool and the Advanced Fee tool are now available in Mercury Network – to enable these tools, contact mercuryinfo@corelogic.com.

If you already work with our support teams on Fee and Allocation matters (or if you have custom logic), we’ll want to review your current setup to ensure you can fully leverage the new functionality. Please reach out to mercuryinfo@corelogic.com, or your current account executive/manager to help you get started.

Here's what you’ll experience with these newly-released services:

AMC Allocation Tool

  • Setup and/or update your AMC configurations to be performed in real-time.

    • With this enhancement, you’ll no longer have to open each profile to adjust coverage areas and ratios of volume assignments.

  • Access to this feature is limited to the Admins of your Mercury Network instance. However, they can grant access to others within your business with the following steps: Secure>Preferences>VMP Client Order Setup>AMC Allocations. For Admins who do not see this option, please contact support to have your account enabled.

Advanced Fee Manager

  • Update product pricing across all geographic locations easily and in real-time.

    • This enhancement supports lenders with vast business footprints and streamlines the process of executing mass updates across vendors.

  • Areas can be broken down by state, county, city, zip code, or any combination of these parameters.

  • Access to this feature is limited to the Admins of your Mercury Network instance. However, they can grant access to others within your business.

  • To access the tool, navigate to Secure>Preferences>VMP Client Order Setup> Advanced Fee Manager. For Admins who do not see this option, please contact support to have your account enabled.
