Relocating servers for enhanced benefits

On Friday night, April 10th, beginning at 11:30pm, we will be relocating Mercury Network's servers and we anticipate being offline until noon on Saturday, April 11th.  We intentionally scheduled the relocation during the slowest hours on Mercury Network to minimize any impact to you, and we apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

Rest assured, all your orders and data are safe.  But during the relocation, you and your clients won't be able to place new appraisal orders or access your account during the scheduled maintenance.

If you have a VMP XSite so your customers can place appraisal orders with you, you can copy and paste the template below to alert your customers.

Late on Friday evening, April 10th, beginning at 11:30pm CST, our technology partner will be relocating the servers supporting our appraisal management pipeline, Mercury Network.  We expect to be back online by noon on Saturday, April 11th.  During those hours, you won't be able to place new orders or access your account, but rest assured all your data is safe.  The service will be back online as quickly as possible to minimize any disruption for you.  If you have any questions, don't hesitate to reach out.
