Today you have new tools to review your vendors' profile documents against their credentials which you may then accept or request to be updated. You may also use the document status during assignment. The Fee Panel Builder has also been updated to let you search by more specific vendor types as well as for appraisers by the type of license(s) in their profile. Review vendor credential documents
After turning on the new document review tool in your fee panel, you'll be able to accept or request updated documents in your vendors' profiles. You will also see which vendors are missing their actual license and insurance attachments. As you review each document, your vendor will be notified whether you accept or request an update. When requesting an updated document, we’ll add your comments in the notes section of their profile, and will also show the date you notified the vendor in not just your fee panel, but in all fee panels the vendor is a member of to keep the vendor from receiving the same notification from all their clients.
In addition to these review tools, there's a new option to use your vendor selection settings to prefer or require approved documents before assigning an order. This way you can use automatic assignment without worrying that you'll assign orders to a vendor with questionable profile documents. Keep in mind, if you require approved documents, there is a 30-day grace period for you to review the documentation before the vendor is kept from receiving assignments.
Build your fee panel using appraiser and license types
You told us it would be useful to add appraisers based on the type of license(s) in their profile when building your fee panel. So, that's exactly what we've done. And since we’ve also separated residential and commercial appraiser types, we’ve added those options too. Using the Fee Panel Builder, you can search for different types of vendors and also select the appraiser license types you need along with the other criteria you already use. It's another great way to get your fee panel dialed in to perfection.
