New product available: HomeStyle Renovation
If you offer the HomeStyle Renovation loan in your lending program, this addition will help streamline your workflow by automatically including your specific product requirements whenever an order is placed for this type of loan. Because you can automate vendor assignment settings, required designations, document attachments, fees and more, you’ll reduce the manual tasks and communications that would otherwise slow down turn times.
Mercury Network users can enable this product in Product Requirements - here’s a quick walkthrough. Once that’s enabled, click here and we’ll walk you through customizing the product’s options.
