Latest update: See more order info at a glance, improved automation for Xcelerator, vendors' W-9 form updated

In this update, we added fields and filters to make more order information easy to see at glance, enabled more control over Xcelerator for VMP XSite users, and updated the form vendors use to provide their tax information. Plus, you helped us identify several issues which we’ve fixed to keep the platform tuned to your workflow. Read on for the highlights, or check out the release notes for complete details.

Quickly see Loan Collateral Advisor (LCA) Risk Score

One objective we’re always pursuing is to make important order information quick and easy to see. With that in mind, you’ll now be able to view an order’s LCA Risk Score (from Freddie Mac) in the Order Details, and as an available column in the Orders view.

Displaying this score in Order Details just makes sense, and by adding the column in the Orders view, you can sort your orders by the score, letting you easily see any orders in jeopardy. Since some of you use this information in your QC process, we hope this increased visibility makes your quality review more efficient.

Get a notification if an order is reassigned to a different vendor in the same company

To help address questions regarding compliance during order assignment, there’s a new Action Required filter which will notify you if your vendor assigns an order to another vendor in the same company. If you enable this filter, any orders reassigned this way will appear in your Action Required folder so you can easily monitor them. Click here for a walkthrough that shows you how to enable this Action Required filter.

New info at a glance, and more in VMP XSites

There are several enhancements to VMP XSites in this release. First up is the ability to quickly see orders which are delayed by your client. Now, orders which are delayed by your client while the order is awaiting acceptance will automatically show up on your Delayed status folder so you know you need to manage a shifting time frame.

Xcelerator has new automated controls! Now, you can trigger Xcelerator for orders on a client-group basis. This should streamline your workflow when accommodating the inspection-scheduling preferences of various clients.

Finally for VMP XSites, if you have clients who are required to select an AMC when placing an order, they’ll now be able to order a RealCondition Report, even though those orders aren’t assigned to an AMC. Previously, these types of clients may have experienced issues placing such orders, but this has been resolved.
