This update introduces a new way to track appraisals delivered under the GSEs’ recent changes to appraisal guidelines, plus improvements to notifications, resolutions for issues when uploading documents, and better behavior within the Fee Panel.

This round of updates adds an option to prevent vendors from reassigning orders to someone else in their company. We’ve also added an audit trail message to provide more information about auto-assigned bid orders. We also fixed a few “quirks” to promote a smoother workflow in Mercury Network.
