We wanted to let you know about an upcoming change to our email addresses and give you plenty of time to add the new ones to your contacts (or “whitelist”) so important messages don’t end up in your spam folder.
For a long time, the emails we send have come from MNdonotreply@mercuryvmp.com or info@mercuryvmp.com. But, beginning January 3, 2019, those will change. The new addresses we’ll use to send updates and notifications better reflect our organization within CoreLogic, and will be:

Recently, while preparing for this change, we inadvertently “threw the switch” and some messages were sent with the new address. We know many of you have tight security around email, so this may have caused you to miss some notifications. We wanted to take the opportunity to explain what happened and apologize for causing any headaches.
