EVF Lenders: Change payment type after placing orders
Lenders using Mercury Network to place orders to Appraisal Management Companies (AMCs) now have the ability to update the payment type for an order after it was placed. This is incredibly helpful post-TRID because you might start an appraisal order without the borrower's credit card information, but you can add it as soon as you get it.
