Automatic invoice issues resolved, better vendor statistics export, more in this update

Our latest update fixes a few scenarios where automatically generated invoices showed incorrect information. In addition, you can now successfully export vendor statistics to a PDF. We’ll cover the highlights of this release below, but there’s much more in this update, so check the release notes for complete details.

Automatic invoice issues fixed

We focused on eliminating issues which caused incorrect fees to be shown on automatically generated invoices in a few scenarios. Here’s exactly what’s been improved.

  • When your settings are configured to automatically create and attach an invoice when an order is completed, there were cases when an order that had been conditionally declined displayed an incorrect fee on the invoice. This has been corrected.

  • If you used the recently added Client fee link to edit the client's fee in Mercury Network, there were times when the final invoice showed an incorrect fee. This has been resolved.

  • If an appraiser accepted, then requested modification for an order, there were instances when the final invoice showed an incorrect fee. This has been fixed.

We know you rely on the accuracy of your automatic invoice settings, so we made a few “back-end” changes to help us detect and quickly troubleshoot any problems. Specifically, we have enhanced the platform's logging for invoice activity so issues are easier to track and fix.

Vendor statistics — PDF export resolved

When you’re completing due-diligence tasks in your Fee Panel, it can be handy to export your vendors’ statistical data so you can review it with your team. But, when exporting those statistics, you may have encountered an error message which prevented you from downloading the PDF file (the XLS version didn’t cause this error). This has been fixed so you can successfully download a PDF as well as an XLS file containing the vendor’s statistics. Client Group filtering in Order Management now works properly

You may have noticed that filtering orders by Client Group in Order Management wasn’t showing the expected results when used in conjunction with the Find tool to search for specific orders. This has been resolved so that you can enter any search criteria to find specific orders, then your selected Client Group filter will be applied to the search results as expected.
