New feature aims to increase efficiency for your appraisal QC process

Our latest release introduces a new feature which enables better efficiency by automating parts of your appraisal quality-control workflow. We also corrected a couple of issues you helped us identify, and you can check the release notes for complete details. Read on for a little more about that handy new feature.

Assign a QC Reviewer to any order

To reduce manual tasks in your appraisal QC workflow, you can use the new QC Reviewer field in Order Details to assign a member of your QC staff to an order. When you do, they’ll receive a notification about the assignment so they know to watch for updates. Plus, in Order Management you can use the My Columns feature to add the QC Reviewer column so you can easily view, track, and create reports about your QC staff’s workload and performance.

If you’re using the QC Folders feature in Mercury Network, the QC Reviewer feature offers another level of automation for even greater efficiency. When an order reaches an In QC status, the assigned QC Reviewer will receive a notification that the report is ready for review, eliminating the need for manual emails and allowing them to start their work right away. For flexibility, the QC Reviewer can be changed at any time by editing that field in the order’s Assignment information.

As always, we appreciate your feedback which we use to create new features that help keep your valuation workflow running smoothly. Keep it coming to mercuryinfo@corelogic.com.
