Effective March 21, 2016, we updated the Amendments/Modifications section of the End User License Agreement (EULA).
The revised Amendments/Modifications section of the EULA is shown in bold below:
12. Amendments/Modifications. MN reserves the right to amend the Network offerings, and add, delete, suspend or modify the terms and conditions of the Network at any time, and to determine whether and when, at its sole discretion, any such changes apply to existing or future Users. As new Network products are developed, MN reserves the right to augment its fees to reflect functionality launched after You agree to these terms, with appropriate advance notice.
